With only three regions left to go, our mission to empower farmers across the country with solar irrigation systems training is in full swing! 🌱💧

Last week, we had the privilege of engaging with 15 dedicated farmers from the beautiful Mpigi district. Together, we delved deep into the world of solar-powered irrigation, sharing knowledge and techniques to boost their crop yields and harness the power of the sun. 🌞🌾

But that’s not all! We teamed up with our incredible partners at SPRINKTECH LIMITED to explore the art of agronomy. Our aim? To equip these farmers with the wisdom to nurture their soils and embrace best practices for bountiful harvests, all year round! 🌱📚. Some of the topics covered during the five day residential training included an introduction to solar powered irrigation systems, health and safety, planning and feasibility, types of irrigation and irrigation scheduling, system design, installation, technical operation and maintenance.
